Graduating in Law at London University, Jonathan then embarked upon a career in Accountancy . He worked in public practice until 1988, whereupon he entered a career in commerce. His combined Legal and Accounting knowledge gave him a special insight into the operation of Corporate Governance.
Jonathan then founded a Management Consultancy to help high net-worth clients appraise and administer business ventures. His involvement in such ventures led him back into commerce and he was instrumental in the completion of several successful public company transactions.
Jonathan’s interest in the Law is now satisfied by his role as a Consultant at EKW, where he enjoys helping clients with their Estate Planning. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
Jonathan lives in Rochester with his wife and three young sons. His interests include anything outdoors or related to motorsport, where he spectates and occasionally participates
